Choosing your attempt
When you buy a series you choose the examination attempt it is for. It appears on your purchase and on your dashboard.
Moving to the next attempt
- A purchase can normally be moved once, to the next attempt, before the deadline shown under Purchases and attempts.
- Tests you have already taken stay recorded against the original attempt.
- A further move is an exception that needs the admin team's approval.
- If the new attempt's series is priced differently, the difference is settled as the published terms say.
Refunds
[Refund terms to be provided by the operator before launch.] When a refund is approved, access to tests not yet started is withdrawn; results already recorded are kept.
