What we collect
- Your name, email address and, if you give it, phone number.
- Your orders and the payment reference from the gateway, never your card or bank details.
- Your test sittings: start and end times, uploads, the answer sheets themselves, and the network address used.
- Evaluations, marks and feedback on your answers.
How it is used
Only to run your test series: access, timing, evaluation, results and the notifications about them. Answer sheets are never used for marketing or shown publicly.
Who can see it
Your answer sheets are seen only by the evaluator assigned to them and the staff who manage evaluation. Staff actions in the system are logged.
Keeping and deleting
[Retention periods to be set by the operator before launch.] You can close your account; the records needed for results and payments are kept as the law requires.
